Latest news!
My image, "Moonlight Sail of the Flagship Niagara" was selected as the cover of John Corrigan's latest book, "The Witch's Fleet." The book was published in August 2022 and I will be helping to promote the book and my own artwork at the Tall Ships Festival Erie August 226 - 28, 2022.

Photography started as a creative outlet in 2012, but quickly became a passion for me. I fully embraced digital tools, such as Photoshop and Lightroom and others, to combine the disciplines of photography, digital painting, and graphic design while creating photographic art. Her goal was always to make an image more than just a photograph. It seemed like a natural transition to move on to oil painting as another medium in which to express my creativity. I discovered the exhilaration of making that first brush stroke on a fresh blank canvas and found it very rewarding to watch the painting evolve with each subsequent brush stroke that I applied. Here are a few examples of paintings and photographs in my Creative Journey exhibit.

The Photographic Arts Society of Northwestern Pennsylvania (PASNWPA) is hosting a fine art photography exhibit at Shriners Hospitals for Children – Erie including two of my photographs. The opening reception will be held on Friday, April 29, 2016 from 7 - 9 pm. The exhibit will remain open from Monday, May 2 through Friday, May 6th from 10 am to 4 pm. The exhibit will feature the fine art photography of PASNWPA members as well as artwork by the patients of Shriners Hospitals for Children. All artwork is for sale and the proceeds benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children – Erie. The money raised will be used to help families purchase specialized wheel chairs for their children with special needs.

Update 3/17/2016
My work will be on display in my own exhibit at the "galerie" at ERIE Insurance! The exhibit opens Monday, March 17 and runs through April 22, 2016 and includes 35 pieces. Bob Sajewski, the Creative Design Consultant at Erie Insurance and his team did a wonderful job of hanging all the pieces. It is not open to the public, but employees and visitors of Erie Insurance can stop in the "galerie" in the Peterson Buliding for a visit.

With Christmas right around the corner and all of us here in Erie anxiously hoping for and awaiting the arrival of the Snowy Owls, I decided to design a Snowy Owl Christmas Note Card. I will be donating 50% of the net proceeds to the Tamarack Rehabilitation and Education Center in Saegertown, PA.
